A project director will be appointed who will be the senior point of contact for the client, provide an overview
role on the project and support the senior project manager where required.
A senior project manager will be appointed to co-ordinate all aspects of our design and construction. The
manager is responsible for the design and site engineers' who will report directly to him
He will have
access to the appropriate resources to meet the construction program and all matters arising in a timely and
outcome focussed manner including:
• Attendance at all site meetings
• Input into the construction program
• Review of alternative solutions, where appropriate
• Preparation of design documentation for sign off
• Co-ordination with other trades
• ESD analysis and input
• Prepare information to enable certifiers to sign off
• Plant and equipment schedules for sign off and client approval
• Preparation of materials and equipment schedules to comply with construction program
• Mobilise construction installation team to comply with construction program

• Continuous quality inspection reporting to monitor quality of installation, resolution of
site issues, co-ordination
• and rectification of defects. These reports will be made available to clients as
required
• Preparation of commissioning program
• Pre-testing and commissioning of equipment including balancing
• Offer to client for independent checking of results prior to sign off
• Preparation of operations and maintenance manuals and as installed drawings
• Detailed review of the brief to ensure that the project requirements are met
• 12 months support and preventative maintenance
Further, we offer a maintenance contract for installations and always provide the highest level of after service support to our clients.
